1.Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location)

3. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can use this number to check the status of your delivery.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries restricted by U.S. regulations.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if eligible, send a replacement or refund.
6. International Orders (if applicable)
- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country.
