1.Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Estimated delivery times:
  1. Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  2.  Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
  3. International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location)
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.

3. Tracking Your Order 

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can use this number to check the status of your delivery.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries restricted by U.S. regulations.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if eligible, send a replacement or refund.

6. International Orders (if applicable)

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance.
